This is my favourite treat to make! It's soooo yummy, no one can resist popping one into their mouth! If you want to twist them a bit, you can add marshmallows, or chunks of white chocolate.
Ingredients
396g sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (Optional, but I like to add it!)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Grease a baking tray with butter.
Place parchment paper on top making sure to overlap the sides. Set aside.
Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and place over a pot filled about halfway with lightly simmering water. (Try not to let the water and bowl touch each other.).
Whisk until the chocolate is melted. The mixture will be very thick.
Pour the fudge into the prepared baking tin and place it in the fridge to firm for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Remove the fudge by running a knife along the edges and lift the fudge out by holding onto the parchment paper. Transfer it to a cutting board and cut into squares.
Wow! This is so easy but so yummy! I've done this recipe like three times in the last couple of days 'cuz i really need a cheer up and this is the perfect things to shove into my mouth. comfort food :)
Thanks @edieliv It's one of my fave recipes! What's better then cuddling up on a cosy sofa with a mug of hot cholate and a chewy fudge bar, on a cold winter evening!
